@CL I do know that. I own a Magic with 192 MB, and it is hardly enough for anything. Without a swap file it would be unusable, multitasking is pretty much impossible (running Cyanogen). 128 MB is IMHO just not enough for Android.
128 MB RAM? Are they serious?
Sweet. A volume knob and an alarm function would be great. And some way to manage podcasts (probably through software on the PC...?). I could totally see me having such a device to listen to podcasts and to wake me up. If it's loud enough.
I still miss my Psion Series 5, sitting in a drawer with a broken screen. I might even prefer it over my Android phone, depending on the task. So, if this thing is just a bit like my beloved Series 5, then yeah, I'm interested. Though I'd rather see an Android phone with the Series 5 keyboard and slideout screen/keyboard.

Oh and Engadget? The Series 5 has a different sliding clamshell design, the screen was on the inside when closed on the Psion.
@spikebrain I'm sure it's legal reasons. Though HTC AFAIK adds pinch zoom on their Sense UI... without being sued. But maybe they have a deal with Apple. In anyway, Cyanogen e.g. has pinch zoom in his ROM for the browser. Works fine on my Magic.
@Endadget I'd say about average. But at this price point why would I get it over a Pixi, or one of those Android phones?
"Of course, you won't get anything close to those speeds in the States -- but hey, you can't drive a Lambo 180 miles per hour on a public street, either."
Why? Having no speed limits on some public roads rocks.

The E72... what the hell were Nokia smoking when they decided to go for THAT price?
Uh... http://www.engadget.com/2009/11/23/google-maps-navigation-hacked-for-extra-american-use/

I followed that guide, and it worked for 1.6. So method this is a bit easier, but other than that?
@Comment "One of the first inventions of the firm, which is still known today, was the roll film SLR camera in 1936." "They also produce optical equipment for the space programs of the US, Western Europe and the Russian Federation."

They used to be rather good, though nowadays the brand is abused and raped by putting their name onto some crappy cameras. It's a shame.
@Satz How many times... I know it's not a finished/polished device ready for the masses. Which is why they need to get out ones which are. If they don't think they are going to be ready in 2010, that's not a good sign.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I love my little computing companion but I often find myself missing a full sized keyboard. I have been looking at several of these portable and flexible keyboards, but I can't seem to make up my mind about which I should buy. I don't want the keyboard to be overly expensive, but I want it to be good quality. Also, how difficult is it to type on these keyboards? Thanks!"
