I think the iPod is a good platform. It just needs more stuff to do like GPS and Camera would be good, and I'm sure it'll come in the future. And Wimax. Then it'll be the ultimate handheld device.
Engadget writers have a good sense of humor.
It needs a file system like WinMo
I used one at work.. it sucks. It needs a stylus to really work, and it just sucks.
This sounds good to me because I figured they would sell the current iPods for an extra year like they did with video.
I wonder if Bill Gates is reading this..

If I was in his shoes, I would take charge of the company and every aspect of it, sort of like Jobs. I think Microsoft is trying to do so much right now, that its losing a sense of what it really is.

If I were to compare Apple to Microsoft, Apple would be Starbucks and Microsoft would be Dunkin Donuts. Except Microsoft has so much more opportunity then Apple.

When I look at Vista, I can't help but think of how much simpler it could be. I am very dissapointed with it, it seems like a step back from XP with a interface to slow it down. I sometimes wonder if this is a marketing scheme to get people to buy newer PC's. Another flaw is the pre-installed bullshit that computer companies bloat your PC with.

I personally think that Bill Gates is going to lose his legacy unless Microsoft improves. Everyone I know is switching to Mac, my new iMac is on the way, and I'm sure that's happening in everyone else's groups too. Steve Balmer has got to go. He doesn't represent a good image for Microsoft.

Bill, if you step down and lose Microsoft to Apple, you're a beta-male.
I'll buy your iphone or anyone elses omgitsmaxx@gmail.com
I'd pay you $129 for it..Its going on ebay for $400 still
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"What's the best gaming laptop for under 1,500 bucks? I had my eye on the P7805u (Gateway), but it seems Best Buy has run out for the time being. Also, as a secondary question, I like the specs on brands such as iBUYPOWER and CyberPower and the like, but are they reliable? I'm a little worried about buying labels that aren't huge like Dell, Gateway, etc. Thanks!"
