This is not the first P2P video over ip for s60 but it IS the first "free" one
http://octro.com/ have been offering this for some time and it works quite well. They did not have support for Skype (I wrote encouraging them to include this) ..
Thank you fring .. even though the N97 video orientation is screwed up .. please be fixing this ASAP k thx
yeah .. well it will be ..
same here .. there are a few glitches .. but NOTHING in comparison to say the initial N97 or even N95 firmware .. I expect the Satio firmware to improve what I've come to use for my main handset. Looking forward to 720P recording at some point too ..
when you're looking for the BIG Bang you gotta start small .. Nice work CERN
Another reason to steer clear of unibody PC's and iMACs ..
Almost certainly it won't .. SE are finally on song with "Standard" Connection/Charging (micro-usb) and memory cards (micro-SD)
Pity they didn't do this for the Satio ..

Interesting they only put 8.1MPix in it.
There goes your battery life!!
And you can't buy a real GPS unit for $180 ?

This leaves your iPod/Phone free to play tunes .. the one thing they do reasonably well.

Nope at that price its full of FAIL
I expect .. on the basis of this that the Satio will get 720p recording sometime.
I like the Satio .. even if it is a bit of a fingerprint magnet.

Would be nice if the cameras were available to apps other than the main Camera app or video call (for the secondary)
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"With all the new multitouch capable monitors coming out, which one is the best? With the release of Windows 7 I really want a touchscreen monitor for my desktop. I'm looking to get a Full HD monitor that supports multitouch and can still look great during gaming and movies. Which one has the best specs for the price?"
