My neighbor's Hindu wife doesn't look nearly that beatific... maybe you mean *another* Hindu cow?
"Halt, human harem! I was design *THIS* big. Who shall be the first to see?"
Grreeeat... how better to encourage codependent pets than to have the dish talk to them when they're using the food trough?

Where's the Talking Plate for Wayward Spouses? "Honey, you look great today!" and "This food is delicious! I *must* get the recipe!" as they put their snout to the trough.
"You! How much for your wife? Ha ha ha ha ha!"

...I w4nt to go to Asia just for th3 unbelievably h0t w0m3nz.
At least Windows-based ATMs never killed anyone. I can see it now with the MS-bots:
"Stack Overflow. Entering default mode: kill, maim, destroy."
Computer mice went away from using balls for accuracy and because they require cleaning. Trackballs are worse, since you get all the perspiration and detritis from your hands. Danger got the bright idea to put a trackball on a phone?? So not only will the trackball "skip and jump" as the kids bring their SK3 into TGIF and get their trackballs greasy, it'll also require frequent "de-spooging"?

Crippled Bluetooth, use of a trackball, and slavish dedication to T-Mobile's whims all keep me from coming back. I had the original bwsk and csk, but I left the sidekick and T-Mobile for greener pastures. Nothing I've seen so far has me coming back.
I spent almost that much on a Starband dish and three satellite modems (over the years). I hope the Inmarsat dish works better than Starband does... worrying about co-pole/cross-pole, the slightest bit of misalignment causing you to lose signal, and the blazing 128K/s for $90/mo just added to the pain of the initial investment and trying to get a satellite tech out.

I wouldn't wish two-way satellite internet on my worst enemies. Dialup or morse code over a ham radio are better.
Wow... the quality of comments shows how little engadget readers know about ultrasound wands, and how puerile they are. *all* ultrasound wands look like that, whether they're to a $3,700 USB device or to a $54,000 GE device. Given that it's bouncing high-frequency sound off your innards and basically performing radar imaging, there aren't too many other shapes it can take.

And it would probably amuse all the kids that the ultrasound wands are typically covered in alcohol-based jellies to improve conductivity and image resolution.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I am looking for a device that will stream sound from one source to several recipients. For example, I want to stream sound from my TV or stereo to my phone or MP3 player that has radio and Bluetooth capabilities. I have looked into radio transmitters and they seem like a decent choice, but I can't find one that uses external power (USB or from the plug) and I would want one with a transmit range of around 50 meters. Thanks!"
