Sorry to hear that, you need to open that baby up and clean it out of all it's dust (if its not too late) dead easy to open and no need to worry about warranty now!
I, like many people are very interested in this 'Natal' project but I've noticed a flaw in the software which i'm sure is what is delaying the release. have you noticed on both the 'Milo project' and 'Late Night with Jimmy Fallon' they are waring RED OUTFITS!
perhaps 'Natal' can only see RED items at the moment!!?
