May 21st 2008 9:25PM This arm was at the 2008 FIRST robotics world championships and I got the chance to try controlling it. It was a little bit laggy and not very intuitive to use, but fun anyway.

Apr 23rd 2008 7:58PM Dean Kamen talked about this at the FIRST Championship in Atlanta on the weekend. He played the Colbert clip and then talked about it. He did say that at this time it is not possible and there are many engineering problems to work out, and that it's just a prototype now. I was there and it was amazing to actually see him talk about it in person.
