Ok, these are pretty cool. Where do they sell them? I have the pads from http://www.DrumPads4RockBand.com
Very cool - the video is pretty sweet. Here is another recommended mod - http://www.DrumPads4RockBand.com
That's cool - we needed this. One tip - put this mod on - http://www.DrumPads4RockBand.com
To make the game drums sound a bit better, you can always try http://www.drumpads4rockband.com/
I hope these are cool when they come out. For now, I put on this mod from http://www.drumpads4rockband.com/. Keep the add-ons/mod's coming!
I really wonder if a quality alternative drumset will every really take off. It would be nice if they made the drum quality better for the shipping version - one would think for ~$180. At least I put this mod on from http://www.drumpads4rockband.com/ to less the noise. A little more professional now.
Mmmmm.... I wish I had a real pedal to use. But my wife doesn't want me to have all this "stuff". But the game is a blast. The only mod I did was the pads from http://www.drumpads4rockband.com/ to make the drum sound better.

Can someone talk to my wife.... :)
Man - it seems everyone is coming out with some interesting mod or cool thing for Rock Band. Keep them coming! I personally put this sound dampener/enhancer from http://www.drumpads4rockband.com/
These things totally work great! This site does a good job telling you how to make your own, but it sort of seemed like a pain in the butt. Seems like it starts to add up in materials and circle cutter.

In the end, I bought some from http://www.drumpads4rockband.com/ and was totally happy with the results!
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I love my little computing companion but I often find myself missing a full sized keyboard. I have been looking at several of these portable and flexible keyboards, but I can't seem to make up my mind about which I should buy. I don't want the keyboard to be overly expensive, but I want it to be good quality. Also, how difficult is it to type on these keyboards? Thanks!"
