In retrospect, the effect and environment captured above was as 'intense' 20 years ago as there's where my dad owns a unit on a flat few blks down from Chungking. Inside these bldg are literally an eco-system within itself ranging from restaurants that delivers to your units, hair salon, convenience store, and after-school tutoring place. That said, I have a mix feeling as I can only imagine the cleanliness and safety in these bldg.

I flew VA last week for the first time on a Red-Eye between LAX and IAD. The interior was swanky and loads of different toys to play with, but since I was tired I pretty much left the screen on G-Map and dozed off. So, hopefully I can win a pair of tix for me to properly check out the goodies with VA's IFE.

"I'm heading to university next year, and I've purchased a MacBook. I'm also taking my four year old desktop, just in case I'm left with no computers when the MacBook is being repaired or whatnot. With only two USB ports on a MacBook, I want a Bluetooth mouse. Budget is about $100, and of course, it needs OS X support. Thanks for the help!"
