What could you possibly have in your cshrc that is so hard to port to a bashrc and enjoy the various benefits of a superior and standard shell?
I wonder if the file server performance (ie: cpu / usb interface) has been improved at all... (crosses finger for review with thorough testing soon)
Theres also iDeco which is not only a Nitrox/Trimix blending calculator, but also a Buhlmann based decompression calculator...and best of all it's free!
I don't really see how the OPs anecdote provides strong evidence that Applecare is a worthwhile investment... It's like car insurance, medical insurance, etc. It's a statistics game, a cost:benefit analysis, you have to look at cost of replacement, what can go wrong, how long you plan on having it before you resell and upgrade, etc. Obviously Apple makes a profit on it, so like an insurance company, one could argue that the game is weighted in their favor.

I personally keep most of my Macs one or two years, sell while they have a good resale, buy a new one, take a tax deduction. If I total up what I would have paid for Applecare on the Macs I've bought so far, I could have easily paid for a new iMac with the savings. So not worth it for me!
Can I try a copy of Evernote?

Thx,

Rob
Is there anything standing in the way of this, or a similar jailbreak working on the Touch?

Pardon my ignorance, but does this mean that the key can be extracted from the 8900 files, which would enable someone to release modified firmwares?

"Analogue innards for a richer sound"? What kind of meaningless vague marketing speak is that? Ipods have no digital audio out, of course the audio path is analog, just like on every other iPod stereo....

Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I have a MacBook Pro and an Xbox 360 and I would like to get a 20- to 24-inch display that will support both devices. The speakers should be inbuilt, or there should be an aux out on the display to hook up external speakers. Help! Please!"
