It's the radio stations fault for not having the contestants sign a waiver. They deserved to be sued for not covering their asses.
You do realize its a rugged notebook. Made to withstand major drops, water damage, even a car running over it... Its geared towards the police, EMS, military, construction sites etc. Its not made to look nice when your at your local coffee house.
Man your an idiot. You do realize that Alienware didn't change a damn thing when they were acquired by Dell. Dell is just reaping the sales and profits that Alienware makes. Smart move on Dell. Alienware is still its own entity but now under the umbrella of Dell and its amazing vendor supply chain (Dell does have the largest btw).

If you want to make that comment "Alienware lost all its cred when Dell bought them out". then you have to say the same towards HP when they acquired Voodoo.

Agree with Dr. Spaceman. Plus, when does computer hardware ever cost anything now a days?? Your paying for the software. Like a single seat of CAD retails for $3K, or a single user MS Office Pro License goes for around $440. For just ONE, Lol! Hardware costing anything??? Nah....
It has a Display Port on it.
Look it up if you don't know what that is....
Some things to think about:

HP used MobileMark 2005 to reach the 24 hour claim – a benchmark version that is almost 4 years old!

Due to the age of the benchmark the system being tested is idle approximately 96% of the time which often results in the laptop’s components going into various sleep states.

In reaching Dell's 19-hour battery life claim, Dell decided not to use MobileMark 2005 because of its tendency to misrepresent real world battery life (like idle and sleeping systems!)

Dell’s 19 hour claim was measured using the MobileMark 2007 Productivity benchmark, which is the indystry standard for battery life testing. Additionally, MobileMark 2007 added a few new run rules that help to generate more realistic battery life estimations than its previous test suite, while increasing the consistency of results.
Waste of money!
XDE picture enhancements don't live up to the hype. Still a good upscaling DVD player but too expensive.

I'm surprised no one posted anything about the new Latitude E series that came out today. Lol!!!!!
The "2" in 2510 stands for the second generation of that line of business. (15" Vostros) And the "1" stands for the first version of that generation.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a pair of quality headphones that aren't seemingly made of glass. I'm an avid BMXer which causes me to frequently bash on any type of technology that joins me for my daily riding. I've been through the higher quality headsets in the Skullcandy line as these are supposed to be built for "abuse," which is laughable. I cant wear earbuds or canal buds, as my large ears seem to have a repelling property upon anything that sits in them. Wired or Bluetooth doesn't really matter, but I need something that can hold up to taking a few hits every now and again. I'm trying to keep 'em under $150. Thanks!"
