I did a little reading (Wiki it, or correct me if I'm wrong here),
apparently Xerox had/made a mouse just before Apple got popular with it.
Yes they are... especially when OLED screens can be printed from an inkjet. Some company in China's gotta be manufacturing these, so if it expensive in bulk? Not at all.
You'll see why 1984, won't be like 1984.

The new youngest person ever hasn't been born yet!
I think you accidentally the whole thing.
Last I checked, to program one needs a degree, of some sort - and really, one needs to have a few years of experience behind their belt to do so (so says a majority of websites I visit, or companies that I've talked to, less' I'm blind). There is no such thing as "Certified programmer". You either have a degree in engineering of some sort... or whatever (or not... you're not a programmer if you don't have a degree in programming nowadays, unless you were around in the 80's and "if you knew your stuff you were hired").

For serious? Certification doesn't get you any further than a call center job, really.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
