@Bob S - Excuse me? Television and Movies are not art? I think you are sorely mistaken. Cinematography is as much art as a somthing painted by DaVinci as are graphic novels. In the creation of films, every single creative discipline comes together. Granted others fair better than others, but so do paintings.

As for the lack of Blu in macs, i think it will never happen, like many have speculated, Jobs is convinced that physical media is dead. I however like a physical back-up of my movies, and the packaging, because in my opinion covers are art too and all part of the experience.
I'm not being funny, but this app has terrible graphics, whats with the ugly bevel an emboss and red outer-glows, ugh! I hope Rodney is right! It's seems to me so far, that all the apps I won't use (like Daylite Touch), look the best. I don't mind paying more for an aesthetically pleasing application.

Notice non of the pictures show the side or back. Don't have complete faith in your product much?
I for one am crushed, my dreams shattered into a million tiny pieces.
You know I cringed at Psystar's 'Open Computer' but this is quite intriguing, but I agree with Chad, with what you could realistically use this for, the iPhone/iPod touch is a lot more suited to the job. Keys on Post PC devices are either dead or at least dying in my opinion.
Make the plastic surround black, or even black ionised aluminium - that would go part of the way of making it feel like it is worth its price-tag. I also agree with making the LED panels flush with the edges of the keys, although if the surround was black this would be less obvious.
I like it a lot, a vast improvement. Its clean and fresh and it has a much more 'organised' feel to than the old design. My hat is off to the design team. My only stab on the design is the engadget logo breaking the border, but other than that, excellent. Oh and the log-in link in the profile pane seems not to do anything, I tried in 2 browsers; Safari and Firefox.

Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"What is the best wireless surround sound speaker solution? I have a home theater where running wires is just not feasible. I have my own speakers, so I don't want a system that has speakers with integrated wireless. I've done a far amount of research and have only come across a few companies that even offer a reasonable solution: KEF, Kenwood and Rocketfish. Is there anything else out there? What do you recommend? Thank you!"
