Stainless: Another attempt at Chrome for OS X {The Unofficial Apple Weblog (TUAW)}

Oct 2nd 2008 8:57AM Aaaah... Hypercard. Those were the days. Back in school when I hated Apple but looooved Hypercard. There was some kind of Windows version of it that I used. Supercard or something like that. I would always brag how mine was color!

Hedge funds: Suing the SEC? {BloggingStocks}

Sep 21st 2008 9:27AM Profiting on others misfortunes? With that argument, then those that go long are just profiting on others fortunes.

I see no reason why market forces shouldn't be allowed to drive the price of a stock in any direction they please.

Banana Split Creme Oreos {Slashfood}

Sep 15th 2008 8:24AM I found them here in the Philadelphia area and thought they were pretty tasty. Artificial banana is crap compared to real banana flavor, but, for artificial, these weren't bad. I like how creamy the filling was rather then stiff and flaky like regular Oreo®.

Be careful about buying Nintendo {BloggingStocks}

Sep 12th 2008 7:39AM I have a small position in NTDOY but I'm not worried. I'm invested for the long term and I'm confident in Nintendo's ability to churn out another hit console after Wii.

Philly food in the news {Slashfood}

Sep 9th 2008 2:07PM I visit Chestnut Hill Cheese Shop several times a month as it's very near my home. But the best selection and service is to be had at Di Bruno Brothers, for sure.

Bacon maple donuts: Sugar, shame, and an orgy of deliciousness {Slashfood}

Sep 6th 2008 11:59AM I can attest that these are delicious. Just don't try and take one home in your carry on luggage because it will get smashes to all hell and be pretty nasty.

Concord grape granita {Slashfood}

Aug 28th 2008 4:22PM This post just really wasn't my cup of tea. I was hoping for a recipe or something. It seemed poorly written. Sorry.

Win a Dymo DiscPaint from TUAW {The Unofficial Apple Weblog (TUAW)}

Aug 20th 2008 6:42AM Some network drivers for a WINDOWS machine that had been reformatted when I had no thumb drive.

The stingiest airlines are charging for water {Slashfood}

Aug 19th 2008 10:27AM PROTIP: Take an empty bottle through security and fill it up at the water fountain.

King Arthur Flour has some good news {Slashfood}

Aug 3rd 2008 7:02AM I bet this has more to do with trying to compete with the store brands than anything else. As consumers try to pinch pennies, I imagine the first place they'd switch to store brands is in commodity products like flour, sugar, etc.
