HP dm3t review {Engadget}

Nov 13th 2009 5:59PM Well i think the "issues" highlighted here are easily forgivable. I don't expect a high end screen on notebook in this price range and the glossy trackpad is really not a deal breaker. I've used glossy 'pads before and i had no problems.

I'm very tempted by this machine, the battery life, price and portability would make it ideal for uni.

More to do with hardware. 9400M failed, the battery has lost 25% of its capacity in 8 months, heat output is crazy etc. Just not satisfied with what is commonly referred to as the best in its class :) OS X isn't worth the hassle LOL

Nov 9th 2009 7:10AM You know what would be better?

A laptop with a powerful CPU instead of all these lame Atom performance fixes (Nvidia GPU accelerated flash, the Zii etc.)
