I wonder how many of these are going to wind up getting "lost".
Surely it would be the aristocracy that would need to find some way to separate themselves from the bourgeoisie and proletariat, with a diamond encrusted iphone.
Just for reference the bourgeoisie is the middle classes, so i think the reporter may have been mistaken when he used the term, because a diamond encrusted iphone is very much something that would belong to someone with more wealth than sense (upper-class).
I'm sorry, everyone is moaning about what make of car is the best and to put your mind at rest, Mercs, BMWs and Audis fail in comparison to an Aston Martin DB9 or even the new Vanquish, although probably not the Vanquish, higher price for a smaller DB9, lighter, faster yes, but less practical . Admittedly out of most people's price range, but well worth the money.
definantly looks like a resistive touchscreen. saw definite flex in the screen when he was typing that search.
Its actually a £40 p/m contract for £97.50
On a £35 p/m contract its at £215, which is a lot here, considering they give most phones away for free when we sign up to a 18 month contract. Hell even the £97.50 is a lot to ask for, given its a £40p/m, nearly every other phone in the UK market is free on that contract, doubt it will sell well, you'd have to be a hardcore s60 fan for that. Was looking forward to this phone, can only hope its got cheaper by december otherwise, i'll be looking at the new iphone/pre/storm/magic.
I think you meant to type:

"but come ON, you know you want one."

I was considering a Dell XPS M1530 for Uni, its lightweight and can be used to an extent for some gaming. Its been rather difficult choosing a laptop - and taking my desktop monster with me to Uni might be difficult at times if and when I came home for a month and want to do some serious gaming. But then again there is always the ps3 or 360 if you want to play games.
I assume by data you mean that large collection of images/videos/games (if you're into that thing) you want to keep away from your wife/mother/children.

lego - probably not the best way to keep it away from the children but its a good idea none the less.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I am trying to configure out a really dumbed down and intuitive PC for my grandmother. She recently had a stroke and while she is under my care I would like to repurpose a laptop for her to surf and email her children. Anyone have any experience with what input devices and UI's are really understandable for the over 80 crowd?"
