Your comment doesn't make any sense now even.

Slow, maybe?
Who made you the guardian of the English Language?

What they write is technically a type of Shorthand. They are free to express themselves how they please. Like you are free not to read their comments.

Jerk.
Oh Paul, i must say, i just luv it when worthless ppl feel important enough to comment on the important ppl.
How about we talk about your potential? which full fledged degree did it take for you to become a nobody blogger whose articles are half baked attempts at journalism and spike interest not because of the actual words but cos of the shiny gadgets that we all love.
engadget sucks so god damn much. every single piece is so full of itself and snappy sarcastic comments. like as u guys are doing a much better job than everyone else. but then again if free press is to exist then so does its poop.
you tell me !?
Though your calculations are impressive but you dont take local weather pattterns into account. I mean some areas get more rainfall and others get less. For e.g. all the cars in Las Vegas pump too much water vapour in the micro climate and the desert soil which cant handle so much rain will receive more rain leading to further desertification of the area....

Havnt read anything related to this really, dunno if this makes sense, but it just came across my mind.
"Reasons to buy an iPhone over an N95:

It makes more sense to you, as a person.
You like it better.
You just want one."

hahahaha...sum real reason to buy a iphone. nevertheless 100% correct, thats all apple has to tell its fanboys, for them to flock n buy it.
how about sum tech reasons??? m kinda looking for that when i buy a gadget, not cult marketing
competitors to d nasty zune guy in prep
agree with cindy, apple's popularity is largely based on the Pretty-factor and cult type marketing.
some of their technologies are definitely good but then again which major company has not had contributions to technology?
Atleast the products of other tech majors get criticized when they are not good, apple fans mindlessly pray to every apple product like it fell from the heavens. and half of them are just repeating chatter they ve picked up from sum friends or off the net.
watt is a unit of power in general = joule per sec( so basically 1 unit of energy per second ). Its not a unit of electricity specifically.
BTU's would be hard to calculate and kinda inaccurate till they run studies on the working transfer system.
energy wasted as heat from computer systems is much easier to calculate though. it would just require calculating the electrical resistance of the entire system and they would know the current used in the system. with multi-fold simplification its just I.R². Obviously their calculated estimations would be slightly more complicated, but not much.
well at least apple now knows that this is a scam.
i am sure they ll be checking engadget!!
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"What's the best gaming laptop for under 1,500 bucks? I had my eye on the P7805u (Gateway), but it seems Best Buy has run out for the time being. Also, as a secondary question, I like the specs on brands such as iBUYPOWER and CyberPower and the like, but are they reliable? I'm a little worried about buying labels that aren't huge like Dell, Gateway, etc. Thanks!"
