totally agree with u. the older marantz receiver i had came with an rc-5000 remote. as cool as it was to look at... i found it completely useless when operating my components. every couch potato known to man has every button memorized to death. all u do is simply feel for the correct button without taking your eyes off the tv. with these remotes, it is impossible to do.
@ Tu "Lexus (Luxury Executive US) is a Toyota, can't buy a Lexus anywhere but in the US"
________
actually... lexus has been a global brand for at lease a few years now. u can pretty much purchase a lexus anywhere these days. for someone who sounds like they are in the car business... u really need to brush up on your product awareness.
google basically uses the same map data as the majority of hand held/car gps systems out there. it used to be navteq and now they just switched to tele atlas as part of a new contract. so saying that google maps has more accurate maps than garmin, tom-tom or your acura (navteq based) is ... well ... full of crap.
wow... some fantastic pictures from akiharabanews... they really know how to capture the product content !
jim- "ok bob.. let's get a full shot on that kuro over there..." bob- "... and just one more adjustment on the aperture... zooming for full frame on the model over to the side ..."

"All of these new nettops have me intrigued. I'm looking for a small, quiet and cheap PC to replace my aging tower in my home office, and all it really needs to do is load Microsoft Office, check email and surf the web. Is there a particular nettop that's better (or a better value) than another? I know it's a rather new segment, but hopefully someone has taken a chance on one already. Thanks!"
