Yes, by all means call MS support at $25 a pop to get somebody to randomly look up KB articles for you an then say it must be some software they don't support.
They complain repeatedly that the problem was "Not brought directly to them".... yes they wonder why....
The problem is not the tech, it's the pricing and policy around it (like needing a GPS lock to work), and the insulting triple dipping on getting paid. They should be paying people deploy these things an shore up their awful service rather then the other way around.
My 6 year old wants this game so bad it's funny.

"I'm looking for a wireless trackpad to use with my older (2.5 or so years old) C2D MacBook that's perpetually docked to my home theater. Something sleek, thin, not too small, made of high quality materials. Ideally, it would natively support all of (Snow) Leopard's multitouch inputs, and even more ideally, it would have a charging dock / base. The only problem is that I'm not sure that such a thing even exists. Think you can throw me a bone?"
