Quick people, play the hell out of MW2, multiplayer will shut down out of the blue and activision will tell you it was a limited offer :P
Well to be honest Vamp, GT4 was rather depressing, GT3 was the last incredible GT game I played and heres hoping GT5 will be as well.

The hype surrounding it I think is basically the progression system. There is indeed a lot that GT needs to account for and really theres no reason why it can't have these features and while Forza may already have it, I suppose people just like to have faith in something they have been supporting since the beginning, sort of like how people waited around despite 360 already being out to see what would happen with PS3 ¬_¬ Which wasn't a worthwhile wait. But lets hope GT5 is.
Yup, God of war was all graphics and no gameplay, I just remember those days of staring at Kratos' realistic face and remembering that there wasn't much to the game other then graphics. Lets use that as an exmaple of your stupidity sprinkles.

[flame-broiled chicken te-Tre-zzini] [blogs at trespeak.co.cc]:

He didn't, he was given that name yonks ago, can't remember by whom, I do remember agreeing with the person to rename him sprinkles, I also remember being one of the people to help promote his new name, after that, we noticed many other sprinkles making appearances, PS3 sprinkles, Wii Sprinkles and of course 360 Sprinkles, so we just name all trolls / fanboys sprinkles now :D
Hey you guys, meet me at 44 Cresent Avenue, I don't know you, you don't know me, but why does that matter, we have an online relationship.
I think I'd prefer both games for very different reasons, for Forza, purely for customizations and access to fast cars quick.

For GT5, it would be the development and process of working my way up to the top I'm most interested in, sort of like the progression you'd get in an MMO, everyone's journey is different and once you get that first supercar, the feeling of joy is overwhelming.

Prologue wasn't the greatest sim I've played, but it did give me a positive outlook, if GT5 could simply better what was given in prologue and correct the issues, I can't see why we wouldn't have a superb title.
Its funny you should say that, quite a few french films are at the top of my most favourite films of all time. Goes to show that there is quite a difference between the superb and the downright....rubbish.
I dislike anything being abused, and like I said before, in instances whereby they are trying to make money off of people for petty things, the cameras are neccessary, though I do believe those deliberatly not following rules deserve to be caught by cam, I can't tell you how many accidents are caused simply by people being foolish, people tend to memorize where cameras are specifically so that they can slow down at that point and speed up again afterwards. If theres no need to speed, why do it? Its endangering people, and nobody can tell what the effects of it are until they actually hit and kill someone. A person who has lost someone due to someone elses stupidity could tell speed freaks the trauma they went through.

Saying that, I believe there are areas of which the government is being too invasive, such as tracking Facebook profiles, emails and again calls, I can see the beenfit in some instances and it makes catching criminals all the more easier (considering people are quick to get upset when the police have not yet found the culprit who burgled them or murdered someone they know). I agree with your midset about freedom however, but it just means that if something were to happen to any one of us or those that we care about, we'd just have to be more patient when it takes police a longer time to identify who the culprits were and have to accept the fact that in some instances, we may never get the justifice we want.
You have a point there Vidikron, but I think there is also the safety benefit of it as well. I don't particularly like the invasion of privacy and I think there is an extent to which you are crossing the line, like tapping calls. But then, theres a reason for it. Take random searching for example, people complained that it was racist etc searching certain people because they fit a profile, so police began searching anyone and everyone, to the point random people sunbathing in the park were being searched in case they had weapons or such on them. I can see why this is stupid, but I can also see why they thought it warranted in order to make it less seem like they were profiling.

Theres the argument that if its in your safety and it helps catch those who cause trouble, violence, terrorism, is it warranted?
The only people moaning about speed cams are the people who get caught speeding, the only people moaning about parking cams are the idiots who park in the wrong places. I agree, sometimes complaints are warranted, but a majority of the time, people are just planks who want to do what they want to do and get away with it ¬_¬
Liberation CtrlBurn, Liberation :P
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
