What ports would it need? It is a processor.

Although have an extra rs232 or rs485 would be nice.
hehe.

Thats an awesome distro. I have it on my eee 701

http://www.ubuntu-eee.com/

Highly recommend it.
yeah, a 50% -> 100% increase is minor.

color me confused.
How does this compare with something like the KPC where I can get a 2 bay unit for $210(newegg)

I know it'll use more power and be larger, but that seems to be a bit better purchase.
Wow, I was not expecting such an anti-male statement from a tech blog.

aren't most of your readers men? who have kids? who enjoy reading to them?
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a wireless trackpad to use with my older (2.5 or so years old) C2D MacBook that's perpetually docked to my home theater. Something sleek, thin, not too small, made of high quality materials. Ideally, it would natively support all of (Snow) Leopard's multitouch inputs, and even more ideally, it would have a charging dock / base. The only problem is that I'm not sure that such a thing even exists. Think you can throw me a bone?"
