I'm assuming the DROID has a file system that the phone user can access to make the data connection really worth it and take it up a notch over the iPhone. With the iPhone the only things you can download of significance are from the iTunes music store, otherwise the choice is to steam or not at all because the iPhone lacks a filesystem that any user can access.
A good example is one of my favourite bands sent me an email stating I could get a free song from them directly. I can't download it with the iPhone, I had to wait till I got home 2 days later to download the file on my laptop. And this was a music file after all.
The price went up in the UK, which leaves a longer lasting bitter taste in the mouth. 2 Years ago, I paid £650 for a Macbook, this time round I would need to pay £799 and for what exactly?
@ L, because the keyboard design is also off centre. Flawed design personally, trying to shoehorn a numeric keypad in there. Thank you Apple for their design sensibilities.
"What's the best gaming laptop for under 1,500 bucks? I had my eye on the P7805u (Gateway), but it seems Best Buy has run out for the time being. Also, as a secondary question, I like the specs on brands such as iBUYPOWER and CyberPower and the like, but are they reliable? I'm a little worried about buying labels that aren't huge like Dell, Gateway, etc. Thanks!"
