"The Apple purists out there will probably insist that your Mac dies a little bit each time you plug a non-Apple branded peripheral into one of its ports"

Oh wow! Another engadget writer bashing Apple for absolutely nothing. The item is a Keyboard with an apple key. Whoop-di-do.

I think that was Apple joke #99999 one more till 100k awesome writing guys keep up the tremendous effort to pull Apple into an equation anyway you can.

But seriously, I can't commend your journalistic abilities enough Engadget. Oh biggotted, admonishable, Engadget; you alone are great.

Oh and as an added touch you should post my email on some special day of signifigance.
"That's the philosophy behind EVERY Apple product. Beauty before brains. This is nothing new..."

Try usability. You could have the greatest most advanced phone ever but if you have to memorize how to get into everything and expend effort and learn the product, it won't sell. People are lazy and want cool, new, tech that they can use right away. Instant gratification > all for most people these days.
I know 2 people. A friend and my bro. I might buy one this Christmas too.
Wow my faith in People with money and no sense of tack has been restored.
This is the idiocy that makes all the other Mac users look like a bunch of fanatic retards.
WHat gives Engadget? I've been entering as often as I can you you guys wont hook me up... Well fine! See if I want a stupid phone anyways (I Do)!
IBM ripoff? Or is it just me.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
