I had a game stolen/lost by the USPS pretty much once or twice every two months when I was a member between 2006-2008. SInce I've resubscribed, I haven't had any problems, but that shows that the USPS really is beyond corrupt when they have an idea what's in an envelope.
You shouldn't be able to walk and post on Joystiq.
Did you guys try running the 64-bit version of Windows 7 on a MacBook Pro?
Wow, if I could use this as a phone, it had an NVIDIA integrated graphics card (or especially discrete) and it had multi-touch, I'd definitely buy one to replace my iPhone. Right now, I'm just considering it to use with my iPhone...
That font looks like it's impossible to read in person without putting your head up onto the screen. Who thought it was a good idea to have the same resolution as 22" monitors on it?
I wish that that there's 3D on the 2253BW I bought last year. By the way, Samsung definitely makes the best TN-based monitors. I've had experience with calibrated LG, Dell, and HP monitors, and my Samsung blows them all away, so I figure that this won't be much different.
Nevermind, I read Joshua's comment.
What the hell's up with that MacBook Pro? Is it custom-modded or some prototype model?
As soon as an UMPC is fast enough to run games decently and costs under $1k, that's when people will srart buying them. Hopefully this or the Sony P can do that...
If you read the article, you would realize that some of the deals require you to mail-in rebates, so they made the chart taking rebates into consideration versus instant discounts.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a pair of quality headphones that aren't seemingly made of glass. I'm an avid BMXer which causes me to frequently bash on any type of technology that joins me for my daily riding. I've been through the higher quality headsets in the Skullcandy line as these are supposed to be built for "abuse," which is laughable. I cant wear earbuds or canal buds, as my large ears seem to have a repelling property upon anything that sits in them. Wired or Bluetooth doesn't really matter, but I need something that can hold up to taking a few hits every now and again. I'm trying to keep 'em under $150. Thanks!"
