TDK...seriously? I didn't think they actually did anything other than slap their name on shitty CD/DVD media (among other products). Probably just a rebranded WD/Seagate/Hitachi product that they are releasing.
@Templarian

It's not just about performance...it's about extra features and buying an overall nicer product. Your question is like asking why someone would buy a $50K Lexus when they can get a Camry for $25K that has the same V6 engine in it.
Why is Funai even going after Vizio, rather than one of the companies that manufactures their TVs? (In fact, does Funai not produce any TVs for Vizio?) I thought Vizio was just one of those companies that is primarily involved in marketing and design rather than any actual engineering of products.
I'd stay away from Sigma, unless you really really really want the Foveon sensor or some other feature that only Sigma DSLRs offer. You will have much better support and selection for lenses/accessories if you stick with Canon or Nikon, including practically all of the lenses available for the Sigma DSLRs.
It's because he jailbroke it. Or at least that's what Apple will say...
Meh, not a big deal to me....as long as they're working on making "BIRTH CONTROL IS SINFUL IN THE CHRISTIAN MARRIAGES and also ROBBING GOD OF PRIESTHOOD CHILDREN!!" available on Kindle.
I was reading that the VGA cables for these were supposed to cost $79.99. I couldn't believe my eyes...

Solution: buy something that uses industry-standard parts and connectors, like an Asus or MSI netbook, and NOT a HP POS.
Windows CE is a POS...why use it when a complete Linux distribution for ARM can be custom-tailored quite easily? There's no good reason to use Windows on the OLPC...quite sad to see them selling out to Microsoft.
They better be putting a different processor in this model than the same boring 1.6GHz Atom N270 that you see in every single g-ddamn netbook these days. (And no, the crippled Atom Z5xx chip does not count.)
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I love my little computing companion but I often find myself missing a full sized keyboard. I have been looking at several of these portable and flexible keyboards, but I can't seem to make up my mind about which I should buy. I don't want the keyboard to be overly expensive, but I want it to be good quality. Also, how difficult is it to type on these keyboards? Thanks!"
