That's why I waited, although my $340 32" is being delivered today, so not entirely depressed that I did wait. And no, it's not a bargain-bin brand, either.
Just curious, but don't you need a boarding pass to get through security? I'm pretty sure the TSA isn't too keen on looking at people's cell phones to verify identity. I could be wrong, but if that's the case, this seems like little more than a novelty, or only useful in the extremely unlikely event that one would lose their boarding pass.
haha, I've been needing a new GPS for my directionally challenged fiancee, as she lost (pun intended) the GPS unit I gave her, and now can't find her way anywhere but in the city.

As for the game, I've been without a TV for a few months now (it sucks being poor), and can't wait to get a new one and hook up the old xbox 360 to get my game on. I've heard good things.
You'd think that, until you understand what a cremation involves. Sure, your skull won't be abused 150 years later. Rather, it'll be promptly pummeled and ground down by some random person\machine until it's in small enough pieces to actually be cremated and turned into dust, just like the rest of your large bones. No offense to those that choose cremation, but it just isn't as beautiful of a process as we'd all like to think.

Personally, I'd take this over something like that. Even if I did not consent, at least I'd be doing something worthwhile post-mortem (well, along with organ donation, of course).
Well, the do call orthopaedic docs carpenters who work on humans for a reason...

That scalpel is really an amazing tool before. I missed the video before, and that was definitely cool to watch. They've actually had something like this in veterinary medicine for a while, so it's good to see it make the jump.
I'm going to go ahead and let you think real hard about that.
Microsoft word FTW!
That's odd, my iPhone says it's 00:56 right now. How about that...
Not a terrible idea, after all the age of people that would be wearing this is generally going to be the more geriatric crowd. However, if it isn't washable, I definitely don't think it will be a viable idea (can't imagine how many of these would go through the wash).
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I love my little computing companion but I often find myself missing a full sized keyboard. I have been looking at several of these portable and flexible keyboards, but I can't seem to make up my mind about which I should buy. I don't want the keyboard to be overly expensive, but I want it to be good quality. Also, how difficult is it to type on these keyboards? Thanks!"
