I wonder if the PS3 still worked afterwards? :)
Quality has gotten much better for me.

Much slicker.

Who cares if it's web based? It works :)
- Yes, the hard drive is still user replaceable. And you don't have to buy an over-priced proprietary drive ;)
- The power supply is still internal. THERE IS NO EXTERNAL POWER BRICK. Smaller chips means less heat produced/uses less power, etc.
- Nope, I believe the vertical stand is $24.
- Nope, no HDMI cable. - Don't they cost a few dollars or something? lol

I'm all over this. It's by far the best value on the console market. Same price as a 360Elite is'nt it?

I guess I could ask, are MS going to include Blu-ray? Just thought I'd throw that one back at ya? :)
@ above (Mark Anderson and below)

And the PS3 is MUCH more expensive..

What's with controllers? Don't you get it? A major, significant PRICE DROP is coming. And possibly a new model.

For Sony to sell the PS3 in the same numbers as the 360 from launch, at a MUCH higher price point is impressive. MS can spin all they want.

And the argument of PS2 owners migrating to PS3? Yep, many will get 360's. But many will also get PS3's. Many, believe it or not, have been waiting for what is about to happen.

That and GT5 for Christmas. Nice.
@niels

Wow, that's a bargain right there!!
Word Up!

Put your hands in the air like you don't care!! :)
How the heck is streaming Netflix on my 360 practical?

I hate the fact that I have to switch my PC on.

I hate the fact that I don't have a top notch broadband connection.

I just pop a disc into the PS3 and bingo. Uncompressed, incredible picture and sound. Love it :)
@ Potato

Honestly, some of the things you have mentioned are so trivial. A couple more clicks of a button eh? Wow.

Mind you, it's no more trivial than having to swap discs halfway through a game. Probably 4 times with FFXIII.

That is so 2001.
Ok cool.

Cheers Ben.
Excuse my ignorance, but do I have to have my PC on to be able to use this with an Xbox360?
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I love my little computing companion but I often find myself missing a full sized keyboard. I have been looking at several of these portable and flexible keyboards, but I can't seem to make up my mind about which I should buy. I don't want the keyboard to be overly expensive, but I want it to be good quality. Also, how difficult is it to type on these keyboards? Thanks!"
