Oct 8th 2009 8:19PM I can confirm this as well, my RC1 install is about 3 months old and I have a second install next to me, weaker specs, but its beating my gaming rig into Windows. :\ Hopefully 8gb of RAM + and SSD will fix. :)

As for power, I think people recommend 650-700 for dual high end graphics cards, so I guess 800 - 1000. :S
