I am right there with you. I find that often in the Linux community that when small "tweaks" are made like a desktop theme or what programs come preinstalled it is released as a whole new OS.

If you want to release a theme, fine, don't make it take up 4+Gbs
I totally agree. I just build a system with an integrated HD3200. The 3d accel works, if you don't mind horrible screen tearing. I got so frustrated I went out and bought an Nvidia GEforce 8400.

Nvidia+Linux = great
ATI + Linux = FAIL
I just switched my system to a dual boot (XP and Hardy Heron- now my primary), the only thing I miss is lexmark printer support (if anyone has any tips email me at crho85 @ gmail. com). Other than that I have open office, GIMP (and photoshop on XP), I can write to my ntsf drive, and I discovered amorak... all in all I am happy I switched (minus the printer thing).
My first post did not show up
Plz I can haz this prnter k thnx bi
so life like! I couldn't tell this was not a real tree
Maybe we should just jump to MOOT
Forget A,B,C,J,K,L,S,T,and U... I couldn't even order a TAB with this thing. It doesn't even have an ANY key!
so wait seth, you're saying that if I want a Tab I will have to walk all the way down the hall?!? so much for technology making my life better
forget F5! I see ESC CRTL.... (no)PGUP... There doesn't seem to be any ANY key!
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I need help! I want a small pocket camcorder but I'm not sure which one to get. I don't want to fall into the hype of the Flip because I worry two hours won't be enough. What should I be looking for when considering a small camcorder and where can I get a good quality one with expandable memory? Thanks!"
