Winograd? That kind of sounds like the word 'grape' in some slavic languages.
Blur looks like it's going to be a ton of fun. Hopefully the car models and environments will hold up against the more realistic and better looking games, though.
It's not a really big deal, as long as we consumers can still play our media. I'm all for adding more codec support, especially MKV. I do not think official codec branding impacts most consumers purchases.
By your logic, GeoWars 2 and Braid shouldn't be on the list either because their multiplayer was broken too (they didn't have online!). When I played Castle Crashers online I didn't have any problems and was able to complete the game with two other friends.
Congrats on 777 posts Xav! I just want to say you're doing a good job and it is nice to have a Canadian voice on both the podcast and blog. Have a good day.
XBAY. Is that like the new ebay.... FOR AVATARS!
Awlfull? So they were full of simple tools for punching holes in leather. I don't know what retailer you were going to.
I hope West World doesn't lose too much business because of this. They have always been great in helping find what I need, and their prices have always been reasonable. Hopefully the market for Apple's has grown enough the the two stores will be able to coexist. BTW, Mr. Caolo, would you link to a video instead of pictures?
Although Best Buy has the better bundle deal, Future Shop is offering a 30 dollar savings on GH3. This week it is 69.99 rather than 99.99. If I was buying a 360 I would get the Halo and Gears bundle and then buy GH3.
Just congratulating you guys on a good week at X3F!
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I commonly need to boot a system from an external disc and take a snapshot of the host system. I also then need to burn a copy of the image to a DVD. While I can do it with two separate external devices, and two power supplies, and two I/O cables, it'd be nice to find a small dual-drive enclosure. It would need to have USB, eSATA, and FireWire. Either slim-line or half-height bay for the optical burner would be fine, and space for either a 2.5- or 3.5-inch hard disc. Any ideas?"
