If you're making toys and buying parts from Arrow, then no wonder you're having troubles!
Ah, guys....whether this is a patent or not, the patent laws say that everyone who had input into an invention has to be named on the patent or it's void! So, companies always lump in everyone who ever said 'make the icons jitter before you move them' etc to protect themselves from having the patent voided later by someone claiming they should have been on when they weren't.

It's standard practice.
@cmonkey - OK I give up now - you don't understand what I'm talking about!
@Trent
Actually - no - the much better way to go is not to think about repair, simply make each PCB as absolutely smallest as possible and then replace that PCB if repair is needed. Send the PCBs back to a central place for refurbishment by specialists ie not inexperienced people in the middle of no where!
Good God! Look at the size of that PCB! How can Apple make a PCB for the MacBook Air which is about the size of a cigarette packet's side, and these guys are supposed to be making a cheap PC and end up with a PCB which is HUGE!
PDAs don't have big enough screens for comfortable, long term, book reading so ebooks have a place (just not maybe at these prices!).

Does anyone know who's making these things for Amazon?

Are those black lines really gaps in the paneling joins? That's terrible!
Don't worry - we're building a pcb anti-static protector into the cargo pants
Thanks - I'm just hopping on the plane to China now to oversee production, I'll deal with the website problems when I get back
It's a great opportunity! I've already connected a factory in China to make 27,000,000 Android-ready pants for me! 12 different colors! I'm taking orders at giantcargoandroidreadypants.com
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I commonly need to boot a system from an external disc and take a snapshot of the host system. I also then need to burn a copy of the image to a DVD. While I can do it with two separate external devices, and two power supplies, and two I/O cables, it'd be nice to find a small dual-drive enclosure. It would need to have USB, eSATA, and FireWire. Either slim-line or half-height bay for the optical burner would be fine, and space for either a 2.5- or 3.5-inch hard disc. Any ideas?"
