"Uhh... yeah, sure, you'll be able to keep your music if we ever shut down ITMS! NOOOO problem! Trust us!"

If ITMS ever does close, you will not be able to keep your music unless the practice of allowing DRM to be converted to non-DRM (without further loss) becomes generally accepted (i.e. Hell has frozen and or RIAA is out of business)

No, $100/liter will make out cities look like China... a gajillion swarming people on all sorts of mismatched conveyances... bicycles, scooters, human powered carts, etc...

Personally I'd rather have 5-10 cars outside my window idling at a light in the morning then 10-20 scooters.

Typically the worst part of my day is trying to "share the road" with the throngs of bicyclists, scooter operators, etc, who do not obey traffic laws... the few who do obey are rewarded with either their fellow riders yelling, or automobiles who abuse the bike lane (where available) by using it to pass on the right or take right turns because they feel like it's eye-for-an-eye vs. the bikes who encroach on their lanes.
I've got the W30 and I think the target audience are outdoorsy people...

It's a tough little camera, I can take it with me anywhere without fear that if I fall off a log into a pond my camera will be wrecked, or that if I want to take some shots at the beach, lake, etc, that I will need to be extra careful. It's great if you're a boater or kayaker too because you don't have to be constantly worried about the camera.

It beats water-resistant designs, like the ones from Olympus, because it can actually stand up to being dunked or kept in the pocket of sopping wet clothes.

As for no lens cap... it sucks yes, BUT... if you're putting the camera into situations where the lens cap would save you, then you've got a lot bigger issue (LCD) that you should be worried about anyway.

@ $3xx this is not designed for divers... frankly considering the cost of other diving gear I would assume that is pretty obvious? :^)
Rutland VT seems to have normal Verizon and AT&T service... I had no issues getting full featured access...

Poultney, VT is a different story, absolutely no VZ for miles around (which meant no VZNav :^( )... but there was still strong GSM via AT&T, and not like Pig&TractorTelecom or something

"I am looking for a device that will stream sound from one source to several recipients. For example, I want to stream sound from my TV or stereo to my phone or MP3 player that has radio and Bluetooth capabilities. I have looked into radio transmitters and they seem like a decent choice, but I can't find one that uses external power (USB or from the plug) and I would want one with a transmit range of around 50 meters. Thanks!"
