Spectrolab PV cells are being used in sun tracking Parabolic Sunlight concentrators by an Australian R & D company. They operate at up to 36% efficiency in Melbourne summer sunlight in controlled testing over an extended period of time. Spectrolab make ½ a dozen different types of cells and I'm not sure which one is being used by this company. This company has developed their own inverter and storage cells and wind power generators, and they hold patents on all items.
