So if 1080p is useless on anything lower than a 50 inch HDTV for streaming on a 360, then that also mean that Blu-Ray 1080p available on a PS3 is useless on anything less than a 50 inch HDTV?

Nov 12th 2009 3:55PM The funny thing about your comment, White Collar, is how the Apple fanboys are quck to criticize how other companies like to use the people of a certian country for staffing their call centers. That is horrible. But using the people of another country to staff their developers - hip, hip horay!
Microsoft group manager: Windows 7 borrowing 'Mac look and feel' (updated: Microsoft responds) {Engadget}
Nov 11th 2009 4:04PM JX, I have been using Win7 for a while, and it works fine (once you turn off collapsing programs in the task bar). However, if they start pushing for a Mac-like model in the future, then I will be staying with Win7. With OSX, it seems as if there are large parts of the OS that can only be accessed by the mouse, and large parts that can only be accessed by the keyboard, with very little that can be accessed by both. Since I use mostly the keyboard, it is very innefficient for me to use OSX.

Nov 11th 2009 3:49PM I hope they are not - I find OS X to be very unfriendly to my style of working. If they start making future versions of Windows like that, then it will hurt my productivity.
Mac OS X 10.6.2 update out on the prowl (update: Atom support is gone) {Engadget}
Nov 9th 2009 9:39PM Actually, yes, it is a great way to do business. Be proactive. Look at every problem that is reported as it is reported. We hear that people pay a premium for Apple hardware and software because it works, because they care about their customer. Isn't caring for your customer jumping on problems as soon as they are reported? Is Apple deserving of their #1 status in great customer care if they let 2+ months pass before fixing a bug as serious as the data deletion bug? Oh, that's right, there is some obscure command that people can issue - commands that every Apple user irregardless of their computer use ability?
We used to hear "I sent mail to Microsoft about a bug and it has been two days and they still have not replied." I know people that work at Microsoft, and it is part of their job description, from tester to developer to architect, to patrol the forums looking for problems to answer questions. Is it part of the Apple employee's job description? And if not, why not?

Nov 9th 2009 5:27PM The guest file deletion bug was reported on Sept 2 on Apple forums.
2 months, 7 days. So much for that legendary quick turn around on bugs that some like to boast.

Actually nobody is interested, until Apple releases a device with it and it is the greatest invention ever - just as they did with the Nano.
