Present and future society have to come to the sad inevitable realization that as hi tech and business productivity technology and outsourcing advances - there will be less need for Human capital in terms of task workers, knowledge workers and low level supervisors.
On the plus side, we get things at a relatively cheaper price than we would normally pay.
Whether the benefits outweigh the cons is ultimately up to the voters and the consumers to decide
