"2.13m"? Why not just 2.1? Otherwise, the exact value would be more appropriate: 2.1336m. If the 7' is 7.000', of course. :-)
Strange name if you ask me. "malata" is italian for ill, sick...
I'm not impressed. Why is it that in most e-readers the display occupies not even 50% of the real estate? I'd like mine 9" diagonal for an 8" screen, please. And yes, then I even settle for grayscale.

Well, they first tried it with Red Bull cans, but found that this wasn't as impressive.
For the readers not living in the USA, Liberia or Burma: 736 foot-pounds = 998 Newton*meter
"MacBook Air loses two inches..."

To lose one inch, Mr Jobs, may be regarded as a misfortune; to lose two looks like carelessness. (Thanks, Oscar)
So, now you're going to the Bahamas instead?
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm pretty much a complete noob when it comes to camera stuff. My wife loves to take pictures, though. So much so that she literally wore out her first point and shoot camera, and the Kodak Z712 I bought for her less than two years ago is starting to act up as well. To compound the matter, we are expecting our first born sometime next year. I fear the Kodak just isn't going to cut it any longer. What would be the best starter DSLR to get? She hates missing photo opportunities due to camera 'lag' so speed would definitely be at the top of the list. Photo quality and features would be next. Price should be no more than $800. I'm not interested in video capabilities."
