THis is apparently all nokia these days. They pump out a fantastic phone, but their keypads are simply jokes.. nokia n79, nokia n82, nokia n96, nokia n85. Nokia, how difficult is it for you to get past the design element and give us a keypad that feels good? How about little spaces between the e75 keys? how about solid buttons instead of strips of plastic on the n79, n85, n96? How about buttons that you can actually press on the n82?
well perhaps nokia shouldnt sell the n96 for $900usd. Notice how no clones of the e51 have been around... fantastic features in an affordable phone..
so youre saying that it was cheaper to make this adapter instead of simply putting it in the g1? Brilliant!
theres a cool $2.2 million down the drain
Spend $100 million on a marketing campaign, no matter how bad the actual product is, and you'll find plenty of suckers.
Why are we even talking about the Iphone? They screw developers, they screw the consumer, they should be screwing themselves. When will you fanboys learn>?
having used most operating systems, my favorite is windows 98.
I just got my pearl 8110 for free with tmobile.
i could dig the bold for the price.
Apple rules. who else can make a computer that lacks basic features, charge an arm and a leg, and still swoon fanboys?
This phone is a disappointment. The n95 was the most powerful phone on the market just a few months ago, and when you hear that nokia is updating their n series phones, you expect their 'beast' to get some massive improvements.
You get the same screen, you get the same camera, you get a slower processor, smaller battery, and nothing really got better. They could have at least thrown the n85 oled screen.. or the n82 xenon flash.
Is it corporate oversite? Look at the keypads. the n96 has a terrible keypad where functionality took a backseat to design.
I hope nokia eats it on this one.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"What's the best gaming laptop for under 1,500 bucks? I had my eye on the P7805u (Gateway), but it seems Best Buy has run out for the time being. Also, as a secondary question, I like the specs on brands such as iBUYPOWER and CyberPower and the like, but are they reliable? I'm a little worried about buying labels that aren't huge like Dell, Gateway, etc. Thanks!"
