"I will NEVER buy the wii just out of principle. I am gonna reward Microsoft and Sony with my money for keeping us moving forward."

I think you copied and pasted that from the definition of elitist.

Oh, and of retarded.

And naive.

Ok, I'm done.
better than just a "Ship now" attitude. id rather have a buggy game for the first month and then get a patch rather that wait an extra 2 or 3 months for the game to come out, tbh.
the only time i should hear you say oodles if it is immediately followed by the word noodles.
For everyone getting that error: I got the same message. Basically, you get that message after you log in to your .net account for whatever reason. so after you login and get the error, click back on the left hand side to either 'invitations' or 'connect home', whichever is available. (i forget.) this will bring you to the actual sign up page. (it brings you to a weird unnecessary registration page before. the actual one is different. dont ask me why.)
If only you guys knew anything about retail. The reason why we held units until Sunday was because the Wii was in the ad. So we held them so that everyone had a fair chance at getting a Wii, not to hold out on people. Would you rather have it so you go into Best Buy on Wednesday when they open and have them turn you away because they dont have any but then an hour later they get 50 and you miss out or have a better chance at scoring one 4 days later because you know for sure they will have them? Sure you have to wait a whole 4 days but at least you have a better chance at getting your Wii.

/rant about internet sites / general public being retarded / selfish.
"Religion + Video Games = Horribly Shitty Games"

You + internet = horribly shitty posts

Seriously, go outside.
i checked to see how many we were getting at best buy where i work and theres like 3 diff brands, 0 of each coming in right now. so yeah, limited supply.
"They were kicked out by the property manager of the shopping center and not by Best Buy."

negative, it was best buy corporates decision. it is weird the police showed up because my manager called my local police and they said that they wouldnt remove anyone if they lined up early.
"BestBuy must have wanted the publicity. Otherwise, anyone with an iota of grey matter would have simply put a sign up days earlier stating that no "camping" would be allowed."

LOL sure. they didnt put up a sign bc camping IS allowed, they just dont want it that far in advance. and, they said they didnt want people to know that they HAD to line up 24 hrs in advance because they didnt want, and this is corporates words not mine, people all showing up 24 hr's in advance and causing customers to get too anxious or something lol.
"No word on whether the decision is from corporate, the local mall or the local Best Buy management, but we do know that it's 4 days of non-showering, job-quitting and engagement-postponing all for naught."

It's from corporate -- why they made the decision, idk but theres a message in our employee toolkits saying that if anyone lines up prior to 24 hours in advance tell them to leave and recommend waiting 24 hours in advance. idk why but w/e

"I am looking for a device that will stream sound from one source to several recipients. For example, I want to stream sound from my TV or stereo to my phone or MP3 player that has radio and Bluetooth capabilities. I have looked into radio transmitters and they seem like a decent choice, but I can't find one that uses external power (USB or from the plug) and I would want one with a transmit range of around 50 meters. Thanks!"
