It will never be cheaper. Its larger and a better spec than the N97 and has a new os. This is going to be £800 at least.
So so so happy to see this. Definately my next phone upon uk launch. A beauty.
You soooo should care about the compass!! Have you seen google street view on an G1??? So awesome how it literally tracks what you are seeing but shows you the view from the street view car. VVVVVVV clever.
Processor is the make or break really.

Once multi apps is available I want to be able to have more than just two on the go!
April 1st? No. wtf!
I'm waiting for the N97 release. And I'm sure a lot of other N95 users are as well.

The big N will bounce back
Yeah I think you are right. I know I have my N95 8gb til August and it already feels quite clunky and slow with modern applications.

What we really need is a timeline of phone release dates and their carrier (US and Europe would be great).

Does anyone know if something like that exists?

Does look a bit jaded.

I'm completely stumped as to what phone to get when I renew my contract. N97 maybe :S
This is quite a vanilla phone really. Certainly not a looker!
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a pair of quality headphones that aren't seemingly made of glass. I'm an avid BMXer which causes me to frequently bash on any type of technology that joins me for my daily riding. I've been through the higher quality headsets in the Skullcandy line as these are supposed to be built for "abuse," which is laughable. I cant wear earbuds or canal buds, as my large ears seem to have a repelling property upon anything that sits in them. Wired or Bluetooth doesn't really matter, but I need something that can hold up to taking a few hits every now and again. I'm trying to keep 'em under $150. Thanks!"
