Does anyone happen to know the max write speed of your average DSLR (or specifically a Nikon D60)?

I'm wondering where the bottle neck is in the process of writing your photos to the memory card, surely 22MB/s or even 20MB/s is faster than your camera can output?
What do you know?

That IS a fun fact.
Why not stick a radio in there and make it a sexy ass phone?

It definately takes a few design ideas from the Sony Xperia I reckon.
No love for the D60?
€69.99 a year here in Ireland for voice guided directions. This seems rather high to me, with the one off price of standalone units being what it is these days.
We don't have any traffic reporting systems here (like most countries) so that feature is useless, and another €20, so I really don't see why you wouldn't go the standalone route.
I'm usually all about integration of my gadgets but not at these prices.
I presume the reason they're being released in Europe and Japan first is that they're desperately trying to reinforce the damn thing before subjecting it to the American market?

Or are they just presuming that anything to do with fitness, and indeed with "Fit" in the title isn't worth launching in the States in a rush?

Oh yes, I went there. Watch me hit Low ranked in record time!
Didn't anyone learn anything from Zip Disks?
My 605 is so unreliable already (my REPLACEMENT keeps crashing) I won't be getting this and putting the poor thing under even more strain.

I've had every generation of this player since the good old av400 days and they're been getting worse reliability wise without adding any real features (as wifi and touchscreen aren't useful for me).
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"What is the best wireless surround sound speaker solution? I have a home theater where running wires is just not feasible. I have my own speakers, so I don't want a system that has speakers with integrated wireless. I've done a far amount of research and have only come across a few companies that even offer a reasonable solution: KEF, Kenwood and Rocketfish. Is there anything else out there? What do you recommend? Thank you!"
