I'm going to go as Guitar Hero.

Get a black shirt (or maybe a striped one to make things easier?) and some G/R/B/Y/O felt, some white felt, cut out felt circles, attach to shirt. Make "Rock Meter" out of felt or cardboard if I'm lazy and attach to shirt. Ta dah!
So, anyone who has downloaded the pack... just how hard are these songs? "Cliffs of Dover Expert Hammer-On Death"? "Last 30 seconds or so of 'Impulse' hard?" TTFAF Madness? Give us the skinny!
"Superhero(TM)"???

Since when does Marvel own that word? Strikes me as a little bit too protective of their IP...
Oh, not denying the awesome. A whole new audience for one of the truly great adventure platformers!
I didn't find the combat as fast as I would have liked... maybe this is just coming off of Ninja Gaiden 2 which is the proverbial gore-o-matic at 100KM/H, but Too Human (at least in melee) felt slow, even the cool sliding mechanic and the air juggling took far too long to respond in the way my brain wanted them to. Granted, using just the sticks for melee is pretty cool, but I kept wanting more precision and speed, almost in a DMC way as one previous person said. Having to transfer away from the stick to the buttons for Jump/Dodge is really annoying at times! The gun combat felt a lot better IMHO. I used to love Diablo back in its day and still play loads of RPGs, so the weapons/armor/items system looks great to me, but I agree that the menus are a bit sluggish. Graphics... not bad either! The in game voice of the squad members and such is great too.

Overall... I don't know! It's got a ton going for it but it might not be "just right"
The original BK coming to XBLA is no big deal for those of us who've still got our dusty old N64 gear and a stash of carts in the hall closet! Nuts and bolts, on the other hand, looks fantastic...
And there was much rejoicing.
Mario Kart DS was my first game, but Elite Beat Agents made me really go "wow, this system is amazing". That, and Puzzle Quest.
I play a lot of GH... and... wow. I'm rather astonished that someone can be that good and/or that lucky, Hyper Speed notwithstanding. (To the person who asked about Hyperspeed making the notes faster being a bad thing: faster notes means more space in between the notes, which is HIGHLY desirable in almost all cases.)

Having said that.... this man has probably sucked every last drop of enjoyment from Guitar Hero for himself. I am saddened.
You can order them with the Falcon logo as opposed to the skull last time I checked... much more tasteful and less redolent of caffeine-fuelled Haloz archetypes.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"What's the best gaming laptop for under 1,500 bucks? I had my eye on the P7805u (Gateway), but it seems Best Buy has run out for the time being. Also, as a secondary question, I like the specs on brands such as iBUYPOWER and CyberPower and the like, but are they reliable? I'm a little worried about buying labels that aren't huge like Dell, Gateway, etc. Thanks!"
