From the consumer point of view, I am not sure whether this is really what I want. Ballmer's closed platform might seam more appealing to me for this old fashioned reason called security.
I RODDED 2 early X360s over Forza, the latest Elite system is going strong.
I think that RODD problem is related to some of the early hardware.

still GOW, soon GOW2, HALO3.. hands down, X360 is da shit -!-best-!-

The only substance behind these threats is that some
religious nut went full retard, never go full retard.

FINALL MESSAGE TO ALL VISTA INFIDELS
"logical it sounds" lol ?

Larabullshit is non-existent tech and Intel has a long trackrecord of previous GPU failures with architectures like Intel-GMA, they have proven many times they can't really compete with nVidia or ATI.. with GPU stuff, they are only best in CPU due to x86 patent entrenchment... get a clue
WTF are you talking about man!?, JesusPhone has the best virtual keyboard ever, you just need to use that key 'release' trick, also the key-font is the best, really, there is nothing even close for me to match my speed of typing, the pleasure of typing, the feel of typing on that God sent device (can't really use any other mobile xx now, after i experienced it).
It must have been rough time for him, and with all those remarks and comparisons to JesusPhone...
AAPL is so safe, I mean, just give that Jobs sickess turnaround and we are going to the moon
AMD was like 50% faster then Intel with Athlon 64 in not so distant past. They marketed the first 64bit x86 core, now they are about 10% slower at the Intel's highend, so what.

They have working prototype @5Ghz eating anything from the Intel/Nehalem team, was a bomb on the Inquirer yesterday.
AMD will be back soon, people hope so. You enjoy Intel's high prices or what?
It is named like a Microsoft product, it looks like an Apple product, how much more uninspired this could be?
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I commonly need to boot a system from an external disc and take a snapshot of the host system. I also then need to burn a copy of the image to a DVD. While I can do it with two separate external devices, and two power supplies, and two I/O cables, it'd be nice to find a small dual-drive enclosure. It would need to have USB, eSATA, and FireWire. Either slim-line or half-height bay for the optical burner would be fine, and space for either a 2.5- or 3.5-inch hard disc. Any ideas?"
