So what ur saying is that I have to spend $200 to buy the car kit and software. Screw that...I'll go buy a Garmin Nuvi for $110 at Walmart. That's just stupid!
I can buy a cheap Tom Tom at target for 80-10bux......And that includes the hardware. No way I'm spending $99, and probably another 50ish to get the add on window mount/extra GPS receiver kit.
And Orb....not only controls my DirecTV HD receiver, it also "slings" live video over 3G......Guess I'll just be using my slingbox on my lapper....no way I'm spending 30 bux on something that doesn't give me at least what I get on a competing product. Love my sling.....just can't stand the App Store approval process, and ATT for selectively controlling the bandwidth....
As they say in the World Series of Poker....I'M ALL IN BABY!!!! And stop looking at my funny non reflective coating sunglasses.....i know we're indoors.....
I was a first gen iPhone guy...I loved it so much I bought the iPhone 3G.....sold it on eBay for crying out loud and ended up so much money......the hardware cost of both iPhones were virtually free......and yes....the only Palm I'll be playing with is my own......I'm freakin married...LOL
"I'm heading to university next year, and I've purchased a MacBook. I'm also taking my four year old desktop, just in case I'm left with no computers when the MacBook is being repaired or whatnot. With only two USB ports on a MacBook, I want a Bluetooth mouse. Budget is about $100, and of course, it needs OS X support. Thanks for the help!"
