Clearly, with the "Volt mule", my father's favorite American car company is not even trying. These guys in the picture look drunk or something. I hope they are having fun. GM already killed their electric car because it was too popular. I think they are doing a great job of underselling this hybrid as a lemon.

Where I live, there are more and more fully electric vehicles on the road. These are lightweight small vehicles, scooters, and bicycles. People are even driving electric golf carts if they can. This is what people want. Ask them. People want electric vehicles. My next vehicle is going to be fully electric. A third of the cost will be the vehicle unless I convert an existing vehicle. A third of the cost will go towards battery banks, we have a local supplier that exchanges the cells. And a third of the cost will go towards power generation in the form of solar panels and wind mills.

There are already lots of companies filling the gap, producing fully electric cars, and doing conversions on existing vehicles.
Just last night, I mentioned the recall of older Dell laptops because of the intel processors running too hot. And Dell is not the only laptop that suffers from using this type of processor.

Let me know when we really get to choose:
[ ] noisy, over-priced, high power consumption, slow, legacy intel chip
[x] AMD
[x] Arm
[x] low cost commodity, low power consumption, massively parallel chips
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm heading to university next year, and I've purchased a MacBook. I'm also taking my four year old desktop, just in case I'm left with no computers when the MacBook is being repaired or whatnot. With only two USB ports on a MacBook, I want a Bluetooth mouse. Budget is about $100, and of course, it needs OS X support. Thanks for the help!"
