fish grow to their enviroment not based or limited to size ray, they grow to their water quality. Fish release hormones into the water, if the level of the hormone reaches a certain point (lack of new water, or water changes) their bodies react as if in a dry season. Example, you put this pacu in a 10 gallon tank, keep water pristine and do 10% water changes weekly, he will hit max size still. After 2-3 years of constant high levels of hormones, fish generally shut down their growth and just maintain. That is why when people keep larger fish in poor water conditions they appear to grow to their enviroment.

If this fish where transported to a larger tank at this point tho, the stress would most likely kill him tho so I wouldnt recomend transfering him at this age.
Its funny since feeder goldfish are packed with no nutrients and plenty of disease! I am an avid fish hobbyist and I am shocked that he's this old, since large omnivores have liver problems on an all meat diet, especially since pacus love the green stuff too. I I guess if you can see a 80-90 year old man/woman alive and smoking than maybe he can live that long on that unhealthy of a diet. I wouldnt change his diet now tho, but for the record guys pacus are omnivores not limited to carnivorous foods
I love this comment! You rock man, nothing of value so sad but so true!

They probally robbed them since theoretically they are worth about 2-600 dollars for the laptops and they were so outraged that they cost 2000! Theres my motivation! :) So by stealing them they reduce them to street value.

As always you stay classy san diego, I'm Ron Burgundy?
I still dont understand why the battery killing wifi is that big of a deal? Chances r you have the 30 data plan with a smartphone, so its unlimited, and on top of it you arent using atat or tmobiles awful service so you have signal strength everywhere! I have had 3 phones with wifi (all winmo) and I used the feature 3 times, mostly to crash my friends routers for fun, I never needed it. I get some people in office buildings may like it, but again unless ur tmobile no need for that option. I might trade my storm for this!
more like sack of sh**
I wonder if the people complaining turn on the radio/tv and start yelling at it when the content doesn't please you, or do you change the channel? My point is, if you don't like the option to lower the expense of your operating system, like people who are web browsers vs the workaholic who might need the full os, dont buy it. To all the fanboys of apple, sure they have just one choice of OS's, but they rip support for older machines, and upgrade versions more often than Windows, not to mention, the base machine charge is 500$ or more than a pc at same performance. So again, I think bringing a bad economy options to have lower prices on their legit versions is a nice thing.. And all of you XP fans, I cant wait till you get real machines and don't have support for hardware, that vista opened up to like direct x 10 support. Because after all new operating systems arent made just to make them feel better about themselves, it is to compliment the new hardware. So sure if you are running a socket A with ddr or sdram, stick to xp, but if you have the latest hardware, dont be afraid of change!
There is no piece of mind from a brand name IF you are a builder, or can build a pc. Everyone knows that almost all pc components have warranties. For instance ram-lifetime, hdd-3 years, mobo-3 years etc. If you buy a Mainstream computer, whats their no charge warranty, like 90 days... If you spend extra money on the slower computer than cost, you can get a 3 year warranty? LOL Yay I can get a warranty for products that already have a warranty. Now, I am sure the big companies would have faster rma's, but realistically, if you stay on the component manufacterer, you can get your replaced part just as fast. I had ram replaced in 6 days.. and that includes the weekend... So I know there is a huge market of "dumb" people that love paying lots of money for a pos machine (parts-vs final cost wise) and they get the piece of mind of having their new desktop slowed down by all the crap ware and bloatware that is very much needed.

side note, every time dell or hp sends out their brochures of products and pricing, I always blog the actual parts cost, and its a travesty... they should hand you their extended warranty for 6 years free, in home!

"I have a MacBook Pro and an Xbox 360 and I would like to get a 20- to 24-inch display that will support both devices. The speakers should be inbuilt, or there should be an aux out on the display to hook up external speakers. Help! Please!"
