Kent, relax

Rumour is Europe may not get it till 2008, although 2007 is more likely. In any case, by next summer, the game will have moved on. I really cannot get worked up over the Zune
Common Sense, and 7of7, maybe you should bother reading the link first, before posting ;)

It's not a case of hating for hatings sake. One of the main points is that Alienware took exception to the fact Nexus pointed out similar spec could be had for less of your $$££
It's an issue because this is an American site. 'Hot Coffee' didn't register in the UK (or for that matter most of the west, apart from Australia and a few others). Ah America

@ Frank Z. This is a gaming laptop, yours isn't. The Asus will play modern games at decent settings. Plus the dual core is still better than your solo at multiple applications. Also for more intensive uses like Photoshop or video encoding two cores is preferential

Your citing of office app is a little unfair and short sighted. After all, a Celeron could handle the internet
I understand an external wireless card had to be used, so in all probability they've shown themselves up in their desperation to make "smug" Mac users eat their words
Tony Blair is getting bad advice if he really thinks Asian manufacturers will really go to the expense of changing the design of their electronics just for one country

And anyway, Bliar, what about public buildings that are forever bathed in lighting or shop displays and signs with their not so energy efficient lighting?

P.S. Not a typo
I am not about to make the jump to OSX or Linux ;)

Sorry, but my games dictate me. The day publishers lean on devs to support the other 2 more, I too will make the dreaded leap

I have to ask....does OSX get boring? I mean you can only have so much of music, web, photos, films and 3D design software? I mean if no one gamed maybe Apple would get into double figures for market share
Sorry to be pendantic, but the judge was obviously interpreting the relevant Acts and regulations in such a way so as to follow Parliments/Government's intention. I'm pretty sure they didin't intend to give tax breaks to games consoles, fanboys ;)

As for mistaking his title for his name...ROTFL
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I have a MacBook Pro and an Xbox 360 and I would like to get a 20- to 24-inch display that will support both devices. The speakers should be inbuilt, or there should be an aux out on the display to hook up external speakers. Help! Please!"
