Is it just coincidence that the gamertag you picked out ends in 666 or is it more proof that girls are evil? (Just kidding....I'm gonna go hide now...)
Seems to me a compromise would be to format the SD cards that are used in the memory card with a special file system that is only readable on an xbox and not on computers. If they did this both sides would win. Microsoft wouldn't be able to say that the memory cards could be used to mod consoles and Datel couldn't say that their memory cards were blocked.
@Calvin
I don't really care if you believe me or not. It doesn't matter to me what someone miles away from me thinks.
Actually grammar is one of my better suits, but in this instance I was wrong. Sorry about that. I was just relaying what my English teacher said one time. Evidently she was wrong.
@Einhanderkiller
Actually he was right. "Couldn't care less" is a double negative, not and less. Anyways, for what it's worth I own a ps3 and a 360. I prefer the 360, but I will get a game on whichever system that the game is better on.
I wonder what a house would be like if each wall was made of these....
Well, I'm in, but it's kinda pointless since the only think I can check out is the Zune Marketplace since i'm on a child account until my b-day in December.
I'm not concerned about Blu-ray on xbox. What I do wish Microsoft would do is provide .mkv support on xbox.
It's kinda stupid that it doesn't come with a component or hdmi cable, but still $399 for MW2, 2 Controllers, a 250gb hard drive, and the actual console is a pretty good deal, imho.
I thought it was only Bungie that had a thing for 7.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I commonly need to boot a system from an external disc and take a snapshot of the host system. I also then need to burn a copy of the image to a DVD. While I can do it with two separate external devices, and two power supplies, and two I/O cables, it'd be nice to find a small dual-drive enclosure. It would need to have USB, eSATA, and FireWire. Either slim-line or half-height bay for the optical burner would be fine, and space for either a 2.5- or 3.5-inch hard disc. Any ideas?"
