they will require a credit check on flexpay if:

1. you want to do the 2 year contract
or
2. you want to break the price of the phone into installments on the bill

option of course, though. you can refuse credit check and just use your own device and go no contract

I work at T-Mobile, but have the iPhone 3GS.

While i like a lot of the notifications/customization in Android, between insane keyboard lag, slower screen responsiveness, and slightly longer loading times i cant pull myself to go that direction.

We have the HTC Magics/myTouch 3G in store, and while it is an improvement over the G1, still feels sluggish.

Still a new OS, so we will see i guess.
