What do you expect? NZ is a tiny pair of islands in the middle of nowhere that nobody cares about.

This isn't the unofficial new zealand weblog, nobody cares about new zealand. we didn't care when you whined about the iphone pricing being different to the US

@Randavance

You raise a very good point! :P
Booting off a GParted Live CD with a USB DVDrom will allow you to resize the FS.
Jesus Christ

The writing has been on the wall for a long time, where do they get you people?

TUAW is slipping while all the good contributors get snapped up by other online publications...

"I also wondered just what you'd do with an empty iPod on a trip, business or otherwise, but I guess people who would really buy their iPods from airports probably don't worry too much about when they'll find the time to get music on there."

I guess you've never heard of people taking their laptops on a flight...

When there's physical access to a computer, there's no such thing as complete security.

I've done it many times just by moving the whole ~/Music/iTunes folder

iTunes changes all the links in the folder itself, no work is needed on your part.
No way!

You do realise that a keyboard usually still allows you to press letters regardless of if it's a word or not. in this case the key is disabled and can't be pressed at all.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
