The humor in this centers more around the fact that the thief the author helped the RCMP catch was so completely dense that he did everything mentioned on the list ON the stolen computer. It's just having a good chuckle at how stupid and short sighted some people are.
QWERTY *and* SureType input methods. Be still my beating heart- I thought I was going to have to scribble the letters on the screen.
Nice to see Blackberry's trying to be "different".
For holding my soda while I change CDs and talk on my cell phone while merging onto the interstate. Duh!
do want :D
I see the word "frost" in your name, which is a bit ironic considering all the hot air coming out of your head.
Oh, for the love of God NO.
I'll admit, I do find some knock-offs to be lacking in originality, are just crappy remakes, etc.

But I mean, come on, form factors only have one more way to go, and that's more complex (flip phone with rotating screen, anyone?), so of course stuff is going to look similar.
Well, this leads to a new question:
If you're complaining about at&t service, why do you still have it?
I don't know why everyone's complaining about it not having a screen. I can name all of my songs by heart, and be able to guess the track time within 10 seconds or so.
Then again, I only have 2GB of music.
Oh... my... God.
You, like, totally don't know how long I've, like, waited for something like this.
My BFF will just DIE when I show it to her!
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I love my little computing companion but I often find myself missing a full sized keyboard. I have been looking at several of these portable and flexible keyboards, but I can't seem to make up my mind about which I should buy. I don't want the keyboard to be overly expensive, but I want it to be good quality. Also, how difficult is it to type on these keyboards? Thanks!"
