I agree, and the developer's a real stand up guy as well, although I may be a little bit biased :)

I've never understood complaints about the original Super Monkey Ball.

With just a little practice I was able to get very precise movements. I still think it's one of the greatest games made for the iPhone.
Yeah, I don't think they see T-Mobile as nearly as much of a competitor. In my opinion, as late as they were to the party, T-Mobile should have skipped the 3G rollout altogether in favor of a faster 4G rollout.

Even now, their 3G coverage is dismal: http://www.t-mobile.com/coverage/pcc.aspx

Really jealous of the Google nav though, I'd love to try that out.
I can't speak for others, but I personally use data all the time during calls. Looking up information on the internet is such a part of our lives now that it's bound to come up in a lot of phone conversations.

My top in-call data use:
1. Looking up directions or addresses in Maps
2. Looking up movie showtimes
3. Sending a photo via email (I'm not a big sms or mms user)
4. Checking the weather
5. Looking up miscellaneous facts on the web
I'm surprised you would say AppleCare for the iPhone doesn't make sense. During the coverage period your iPhone's usable charge cycle is almost certain to be met. A single battery replacement is already more than the cost of AppleCare, so it seems like a no-brainer.

Also, in my experience, Apple's retail stores go above and beyond what is actually covered, especially if you have AppleCare.
Thanks for posting the story--as if getting logged in weren't already impossible enough :)
I'm pretty sure this is by design, because of complaints that it was too touchy before. I could be wrong of course.
I really hope you see this message. My company enforces this as well, but it is easy to get around.

Under Settings->General->Passcode Lock, there is a setting called "Require Passcode". You can set this to up to 4 hours. That way, you comply with the Exchange enforced restriction, but rarely bump up against it.
@Dave:

I seem to be getting a fair bit more than that. Turn off "Wifi stumbling". Also, with 3G turned off, battery life is much better on this edition.
Turn off Wifi Stumbling (only connect to known networks). It seems to make a big difference, but most people don't know it.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just switched to Sprint from Verizon about three months ago for the Pre. Then I went for the Hero about a week ago. Now, I miss my hardware keyboard and am thinking about switching to the Moment. I am still able to switch back to Verizon if I want and get the Droid when it arrives. Should I just trade up to the Moment when it comes out, see if I like it, and if not switch to the Droid? Or something else entirely? Help!"
